In 2023, my father faced a challenge: he needed to sell a Sirohi goat he could no longer manage. His health, travel, and personal commitments meant he couldn’t take care of it anymore.

We tried posting the goat on multiple online platforms… and it was frustrating, to say the least. The interfaces were cluttered, confusing, and the experience was nothing like the simplicity my father—or anyone—should expect when trying to sell something locally.

That little moment of frustration planted a spark in my mind: there has to be a better way. A platform that respects people’s time, keeps things simple, and connects communities—not ads. That spark grew into Adsngin: a local marketplace built for people, not clutter.

I started Adsngin from scratch, outside my 9-5, determined to make a place where buying and selling locally is easy, fair, and private.

The goat? It found a loving home years ago 🐐❤️ with two wonderful people who now care for it like family. Even though it’s long gone, it will always be a symbol of why I started Adsngin—a reminder that sometimes, the smallest frustrations can lead to the biggest ideas.

Building Adsngin has been an incredible journey. I’ve learned about persistence, solving real problems, and the power of creating something that truly serves a community. Every day, Adsngin helps people uncover local treasures, support small businesses, and connect with their neighbors.
